About Course

Learn the basics of Appivo administrations, from how to sign up and get started to how to manage users and apps. This course will also explain system roles and will touch on GDPR implications (important for EU residents).

There’s also an Appivo Administration (Advanced) course that goes into more detail and covers additional topics.

What Will You Learn?

Getting Started
Learn how to log in, reset your password, and manage multiple accounts if you have them. You'll also learn the different ways to find apps, subscribe to them, configure them and launch them.

User management
Learn how to manage the user account of others, subscribe them to applications and set application roles. You'll also learn about System roles, authentication options and GDPR, which is important for EU residents.

User Profiles
Learn about the different options available under your user profile, like notification settings, language preferences and personal authentication options. We'll also touch on data privacy features which apply to everyone but are an important part of our GDPR compliance for EU residents.

My Apps
Learn how to navigate the view of your applications, and the application options that are available to the various System roles like Edit, Administer, Configure, etc.
